Introduction
This document outlines the standardized process for onboarding new employees at Mobysoft and providing them with the necessary hardware to fulfill their role effectively.
Hardware Packages
Mobysoft offers four distinct hardware packages tailored to different employee roles:
- Office-Based Roles:
- Package 1: For HR, Finance, Marketing, and People Services.
- Package 2: For Development and Implementation Teams.
- Package 3: For IT Services. EMT and OMT.
- Remote Roles:
- Package 4: For Development and Implementation Teams.

Onboarding Process
- New Hire Information: Upon a new hire's start date, the HR department will collect essential information, including their role and location.
- Hardware Package Assignment: Based on the collected information, the HR department will assign the appropriate hardware package.
- Equipment Preparation: The IT department will prepare the assigned hardware, including software installation and configuration.
- Equipment Distribution: The new starter will be provided with the prepared hardware package.
- Training and Support: The IT department will offer comprehensive training on the use of the hardware and software. Ongoing technical support will be available to address any issues or questions.
Additional Considerations
- Remote Work: For remote employees, arrangements will be made to ensure timely delivery of hardware and provide necessary support.
- Equipment Updates: Regular reviews of hardware requirements will be conducted to ensure employees have the tools they need to be productive.
- Asset Management: Mobysoft will maintain an inventory of hardware assets to track their location and usage.
